An office development in the heart of Bristol has welcomed its first studio customer within weeks of the launch of a scheme aimed at small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
A national company will take 5,000 sq ft of space at The Quorum located opposite Cabot Circus, as part of property business CEG’s Let Ready concept.
The six-storey office development has a mix of corporate, small and scale-up business space, and a gym with cycle, changing and shower facilities.
Let Ready offers smaller businesses the benefits and amenities of larger office spaces, with 24/7 office access and a handy city centre location.
The offices are designed for teams of between ten and 100 with fully-furnished studios that have internet-ready workstations, modern kitchens and meeting rooms.
CEG has also secured planning permission for a new café on the ground floor, which is being currently fitted out with an aim to open in the autumn.
Richard Brooks, investment manager at CEG, said: “We are delighted to have completed our first Let Ready customer within weeks of the launch.
“Our studios provide modern fully-furnished space with great amenities and we ensure the whole process is clear, easy and swift from first contact to moving in, so our customers can focus on what’s most important to them; growing their business.”
The studios offer companies the chance to be part of a business community, emphasised through the fact CEG’s own management team is based at the site providing a programme of business and leisure events.
Companies are offered flexible leases and all-inclusive pricing, and at The Quorum there is a chance to expand into larger corporate workspace to join firms Lichfields, Comera Group and Felinesoft at the development.
