Channel 4 has opened its new Creative Hub in the heart of Bristol at the city's new waterfront quarter Finzels Reach.
The team is located at the historic Fermentation Buildings - part of the rich brewing history in the area. There were several famous breweries based in this part of Bristol, including Courage Brewery before it closed in the 1990s.
Developer Cubex restored the heritage buildings before handing them over to the broadcaster to complete its personal fit-out. Commissioning departments at the new Creative Hub in the city include drama, factual, popular factual, as well as staff who work on creative diversity and supporting on and off-screen diversity.
Peter Walford, director at Bristol-based Cubex, said: “A huge welcome to the Channel 4 team! We wish them all the very best in their new offices.
“We’re immensely proud they have chosen to locate their new Creative Hub at Finzels Reach, joining the likes of Historic England, English Heritage and creative studio OUTLAW in the Fermentation Buildings.”
